How booking goes
Send the date, the venue, and roughly how many people. We answer with what is available and what it costs — no phone tag, no mystery pricing.
A deposit holds your equipment and your arrival window. Balance is due the day of, and you can add hours on the spot if the room is still going.
Crew arrives 60–75 minutes ahead, builds everything, tests power, and is out of the way before your first guest walks in.
Booth clips go to guests the same night. Photo galleries land within 48 hours, full resolution, with a print release.

Three to four weeks is comfortable. Spring weekends and December fill first — if your date is inside two weeks, still ask, because we hold a small buffer for late bookings.
It reserves your equipment and your arrival window for that date. It comes off your balance, and it is refundable up to 7 days before the event.
The 360 booth, yes — it needs a 10 by 10 area and 8 feet of ceiling. The bounce castle needs 15 feet overhead, so indoors only works in a gym or hall.
Bounce house rentals reschedule free if it rains or winds top 20 mph, and we make that call with you the morning of. The booth is fine anywhere covered.
That is most of what we do. Booking a second service takes 15% off it, and everything arrives on one truck with one invoice.
Free inside 45 miles, which covers Turlock through Stockton and out to Merced. Past that it is $0.68 a mile, quoted up front.
